Vikram Gohil
Head of BPO Operations, Australia
Vikram is a senior operations and BPO leader with over 15 years’ experience across contact centre management, credit and collections, and large-scale offshore and near-shore delivery models spanning Australia, Fiji and South Africa. He has deep expertise in establishing and scaling offshore operations, performance optimisation, workforce planning, governance, risk and compliance across regulated industries including Essential Services, Banking & Finance, Insurance and Telecommunications. Vikram brings a commercially focused, delivery-led approach, with a proven track record of driving productivity uplift, cost efficiency and service quality.
April Gueco
Country Manager, Philippines
April is a business operations professional with over a decades’ experience supporting service delivery and team coordination in outsourced and contact centre environments. As Philippines Country Manager based onsite in our Clark offices, April has full oversight of ARMA’s business operations, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements. She manages all departments across the operation, with responsibility for compliance, human resources, people and culture, and client management. Over her career she has built experience in client support, operational administration and team collaboration within business process outsourcing organisations.

Justine is an experienced operations and BPO leader with expertise in outsourcing, talent acquisition, executive support and collections. As Office Manager at NOVA Team Solutions, he oversees operations, workforce management and client delivery. Known for his practical, people-focused leadership, Justine builds high-performing teams, strengthens partnerships and drives sustainable growth.
